i was checking it out last night and forgot to download it before i went to bed. so let us know if its any good as i'm into the pk demo right now.
 
i downloaded and played it for a little bit. the GUI is a little different than diablos (but still similar) so it took a few mins to figure it out (like what was health and was was magic, etc.)....It plays pretty good and looks pretty good...nice and smooth...

The coolest thing that I got to before I died (wasnt watching my health) was that I bought a horse and rode it around...that was awsome ;)

The thing I dont like and what I thought was going to be different from diablo from what other people have said, is that its still a click fest. I'll wear out my left mouse button in this game just like deablo 1 + 2 were...

overall from what I played I liked it...
 
the horse was cool, until the player character seemed to dissapear off the horse, but was still on the horse, and then next thing i know the pk is Standing on the horse as the horse runs around, wtf? heh

all the major bugs you see are fixed in the release version(including the horse bug). we bring up a bug on the forum, and the devs are quick to say that the certain bug has been fixed. this demo code is from the beginning of december. and they never updated the demo code after that.

steve: its actually not a click fest if you know how to use combos and special moves correctly. you can also hold down left click and that will repeatedly do your primary attack.
 
just finished the demo.

i love this game.


it seems more in depth then diablo, though hopefully they have more memorable baddies and things like diablo has.

the horse system is sweet. though for some reason i do think that you are able to obtain the "nice" weapons a tad too fast....i mean i pretty much could take out anything i wanted after playing for a bit with my war hammer and axe (gladiator, dual weilding)

i loved it though, defiently be picking this up when it hits retail.

Though i will be importing it from the UK, since the US version is going to be censored :rolleyes: (less blood/gore, etc)
 
great demo for a rainny saturday. went through all the loged quests(except the undoable one) plus the hinted at one about one of her race being captured. the hardest were the treasure map and in the not loged quest at the graveyard then in the cave. if you don't know what i'm talking about, take your level six character east of Bellvue to the broken down mansion then NE to the cave. and i found a new twist on the horse bug, if you sell your horse while still sitting on it you you can't ever dismount again, but you can steal it. that said i found the lance and had the blacksmith go over it, horse with lance, awsome. fun demo.
 
the devs are very cool in the sacred forums, always answering questions. lately found out that the original level cap of 150 has been removed, its now set to unlimited, and supposedly the same is for combat arts. crazy.

i just can't wait to explore wherever i want(70% of the world anyway) in the beginning and get my ass kicked by high level monsters. you dont know how much i hated being constricted to a certain area in diablo
 
I'm pretty sure the lv cap is 250 (unless they changed it recently)

can't wait to try online co op with some people.

They are importing the UK version that is uncut (the US version has gore cut out, not all, but limbs missing, etc, US version will only have some little blood).
