Running Mac in a VM

Hi

This is just for curiosity and fooling around with Mac for the first time in many years: Does anyone have any experience getting MacOS up and running in a VM, please? Like, where the heck does one get the "restore images" from, or perhaps even a preloaded Hyper-V VM?

I'm running Hyper-V on Win10.

do you have a mac to use to get the os? if not youre going to need to go sailing and search the high seas...

I just tinkered with this about a month ago, just for being curious..
Did it on my Hyper-V 2019 host
