Okay - I am stuck in the sewer passage in route kanal.

On one end is a dead end with some garbage and a skull that is sitting on some ledges.
On the other end is an opening that I can go into. Two sections. One with two barnacles that I have killed.

And then a room with a ladder, that goes to a scaffold that I can run along. But no exit that I can find.

Can anyone help me? I have been running back and forth for a while now. It's probably right in front of me, but I can't find it...

Help!
