He was selling pd 820s, bought one and sent the mo close to 11 days ago. Sent him several pm's etc to no response. He has excellent heat, he on vacation or something?
 
based on his heat, you should be fine. Did you confirm his heat? Did you email the email his heat is linked to make sure your dealing with the real person? I think this thread is a lil too soon yet. He was on two days ago, did you send the PMs before that day and he ignored them? Or did you send PMs after the 25th at 4:44am and he hasnt been on to respond yet?

Well if you sent PMs before he was on last and he did not respond then that is ignoring you. Did you send him PMs on here? I dont know about pcper as I dont post there or have a membership there but he was last on Feb. 25th at 4:44 AM on this forum. He may have not checked his PMs at pcper. I hope this was just a fluke and everything works out, dont know why or who would be dumb enough to throw all that heat away over this.

How did you send the money order? Was it sent in a manner that can be confirmed that he received it ie. Prioirty Mail with DC? Good luck getting this resolved.

well he wasnt on yesterday. I am just trying to say that if you DID NOT send him a PM before the 25th then he did not ignore you. You sent one yesterday but of course, ive told you a few times he hasnt been on since the 25th so theres no possible way he could have seen it yet.

well, I have sent him before the 25th, not on hard however, so Ill wait and see :cool:
 
Good luck, it really sucks to see this stuff happen on a daily basis but its usually a noob with no heat. He, on the other hand is established (of course, I know heatware isnt an end all, be all but its a good indicator especially as much as he has) so that gives me faith that this will work out.

The fact that he read the pm on pcper without responding is what set off alarms... im hoping this works out since it's a freind's money :(
 
you know for a fact he was on pcper to read your pm and he didnt respond?

Im not defending him, I am just trying to figure out the facts. People sometimes post threads in haste and hurt someones reputation when its not warranted.

He should be communicating with you though, I do agree with on that part.
 
I know for sure he read it, on pcper it shows when people read your pms. Like tracking from the po :p

2-23-2006 4:38am is the time he read it. Maybe he read it, went to reply and his pm box was full, but he was too tired to figure out what to clean out. Hopefully :(
 
oh ok, as long as you got proof then it seems like he is ignoring you, may I ask what you bought from him and for how much? I didnt know what you were talking about in your first post

I have dealt with him on a few CPU's..you have NO chance if getting trolled..Im sure that something came up for him...I cant explain the lack of comunication, but rest assured you will get your CPU.....
 
i bought a 660es off him and it was flawless, i doubt he's going to be trolling for a 820es now. hang in there.
 
I've done business with him too,...he bought a proc from me and a day went by with fedex showing the item delivered but, he hadn't paid...I called him (don't have the number anymore) and the processor was sitting in front of him. He just hadn't gotten around to opening it...Once he did...he sent payment right away. He's just probably busy...

well its been close to two weeks, he has to be pretty damn busy. Another couple days and Im leaving neg heat

Thanks for sticking to your guns, alot of people let sellers take a hella long time to ship their stuff or sometimes they NEVER get their stuff and they still dont leave the appropriate heat. There has been occasions where a buyer should have left bad heat and it ends up being the NEXT buyer gets trolled. They probably wouldnt have even bought from the person if the buyer before them would have left the negative heat! I hope this still turns out for the better though and you eventually get your stuff.

If you do get your stuff he at least deserves a neutral!
 
Alright, went to the mo, got the service to see whether or not its been cashed, if not we're going to try to withdraw the funds (he needs a processor and has been waiting more than 2 weeks) and if it has been cashed Im leaving neg heat :eek: So we have to wait until monday for the po to get back to us
 
I emailed him at his earthlink email and sent him a pm at anandtech...the guy's got damn good heat, I would think he'd make right on this. :)

Yes, I was wondering as to whether or not I should heave him neutral or pos... considering that he read my pms on pcper and never responded Im leaning towards neutral :eek: And he still hasn't gotten in touch with me... others have (thanks so much other people for helping me out)
 
Neutral Heat...two weeks is too excessive without any contact at all.

People, if you have time to post a FS thread, to receive payment, to receive goods, to reply to all the offers in your threads, and to strike a deal to begin with, you have time to pack your items properly and ship out in a timely manner.

If you go on vacation then close your thread or edit your post so you don't have people sending you Paypal (if you list that address at all). It's not hard.
 
Another vote for a Neutral feedback. I would not allow anyone to be 2 weeks without any word and I'm a freak when it get to communcation during trades.

At least give a answer, even if a very short one when asked or find any means to let ppl know of the unavailability.
 
Yeah I was the first to mention a neutral (if he eventually came through, go up there and read it) almost a week ago and I stick by my word and these others are just backing up my point!
 
I'd have to agree on the neutral, and I hope this ends up with a happy ending.
 
Ok still nothing yet... Hasn't arrived yet. According to working he shipped it 3 days ago, so he obviously didn't use priority (if he shipped it usps) which IMO is horrible and annoys me pretty bad considering it's been 3 weeks already, and I still haven't heard anything from him. Deffinately going to be neutral.
 
I accidentally sent this guy a payment several weeks ago on Paypal. Paypal have put a judgement in my favor but I have only gotten 6 of 90$ back. I took the money but never returned many many emails. I'm giving him until tomorrow before I put out the bad heat.
 
wow, guess this guy is a good trader gone bad. Sucks, btw general I'm assuming you emailed me? Sorry for not getting back earlier but my comp has been down the last week =S
