I will be using a previous hard drive from another machine and the Soundblaster included on the motherboard. That only leaves the PSU to consider. Now with this setup I was thinking that this would do:

...buuut then I was thinking that when I do decide to upgrade (which was a critical factor in my current setup) I might not have a beefy enough supply to get enough juice to a stronger processor and another GPU (SLI). I came up with this:

you'll be fine with either PSU and still have some room for upgrades. A friend of mine runs a similar setup (only 3200+ CPU) off a 380W Tagan PSU...
 
Just FYI, that motherboard recommends "For ATX 12V power connection, it should be greater than 18A."

I bet this has something to do with the power consumption of two video cards. I would guess with one card you would be fine, but you might run into problems down the road if you add another card. I just ordered that same motherboard myself with a single video card, so I don't have any first hand experience yet.
