Refresh rate in MC 2005

Is there ANY hack or way to change the refresh rate in Media Center 2005? I dont have it up to a TV and it burns my eyes at 60Hz... Really bad.
 
Come onnnn, noone knows the answer to this one? there has to be some config file somewhere.. it burnsss :mad:
 
What do you have it connected to?
What video card do you have? If its ATI did you set the refresh on ATI "Dispays" tab and on the Advanced Propeties monitor tab?
