Have you tried the Warcraft 2 or Starcraft 3? I think This are two of the most interesting game that you should play.
 
played too much warcraft 2 over the past 14 years and starcraft is bilzzards weakest ip so im not really in to that
 
Fallout 3 goty, dirt, dirt 2, grid

I highly suggest fo3 goty due to how long you actually play it.
 
Dragon Age: Origins was a lot of fun and not very demanding. So was Mass Effect 1.
