I quit about a year and a half ago, got tired of all the hacked items. Iths and Ists were just rediculous. I did get back into diablo 2 classic a little while ago, but that was only for about a month or two.
 
the 1.10 patch got rid of all the hacked shit

its a good game i just got done playing about a week ago because someone stole my account
 
I "play" if you can call it that. More like letting my bot run 4 windows at once. Making me some good money. Damn I cant believe people pay for this stuff.
 
i quit too. gave away all my really aweosme stuff. i spent about 3 years playing that game. then i just up and quit one night. you should've seen some of the reactions people got when i gave em a .08 valor for being cool in a game.
 
I have to say that I love D2 because I made thousands off of it ;-)

I had Oculus rings before they were prolific. A fellow player and I ran across a bug in the game and we exploited it for about a week. Basically we discovered a way to create rollback style games as well as being able to allow a character to save the data. So essentially it was just a character that was rolling back, not the actual game.

I haven't played in about 6 months. I was last playing Hardcore on USEast and had a level 70+ Hammerdin. I just checked one account and it had a couple days left till expiration so I refreshed it. Might start playing again just for kicks but I dunno, the games kinda old and considering I've been playing since the game was first released I doubt I'd ever play the game again like I used to.

Off an on the last few years, a bunch of friends just got into it so I guess I'll be helping them out mostly. Just need to get a new blizz sorc up and running so I can get back to making a profit off this game.
 
My friend and I have started up again with 1.10. Pretty fun again, a good diversion.
 
I started again with a sorc... yeah... she was ok, but her equpt sux. Started an Assassin... after i got to hell it got kinda annoying cuz everything resists fire :D And i'm martial arts :\ Finally i started a hammeridin, lvl 26, meh... havent been playing as much as a was few weeks ago when i started.
