No. The only bundled-with-the-case PSUs that I would trust are those from the Antec EarthWatts line of PSUs.

How much (total) do you have to spend on your entire build? And how much are you willing to spend on the case and/or power supply?
 
Think I can get away with a cheaper video card if I dont want it for gaming? I want to be able to watch stuff in HD though
 
why are you going with a board that has built in graphics, and you are going to add in a card anyway?

yes you could go with the 9600GT which, where i am is cheaper than the 8800GT, but is only slightly less performance wise...

yo ushould really consider a sata HDD and a sata DVD drive, as they will be considerably faster compared to the ide drives you have, particularly the new western digital 320GB drives, which fit an entire 320GB on a single data platter, making them much faster than other drives...
 
I already ditched those drives I added them by mistake

What motherboard should I go with? That was the cheapest i saw

Case: ~$100 - your choice, make sure it has all 120mm fans, at least 2, 3 or 4 preferred.
PSU: ~$100 - Corsair TX 750 (overkill but can't be beat for the price)
CPU: E2xxx series (OC to ~3Ghz) - $70
Motherboard: MSI P35-Neo2-FR - $110
RAM: A-Data 4GB DDR2-800 - $65
GPU: MSI 8800 GTS 512MB - $225
HDD: 500GB WD 7200RPM SATA - $75
Optical: Samsung SATA 20X DVDRW - $35
HSF: Xigmatech Rifle 120mm HSF - $35

So that puts you at around $800 before shipping. Find a case cheap and knock $50 off that. Swap the $225 8800 GTS 512MB for a ~$160 9600 GT 512MB and knock $65 off. Swap the MSI P35 Neo2-FR for a Gigabyte P35-DS3L and save $30 There you go.

CPU/HSF:
I'd rather go for a $134 E7200 with stock cooling rather than buy an E2180 with a high-end HSF. It will also reach a higher threshold in overclocking and performs better per clock.

$65 - GIGABYTE GA-P31-S3G LGA 775 Intel P31 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
If it does the job and overclocks decently, then why not???

RAM:

Graphics Card:
The 9600GT is nice, but the 8800GTS is better...

HDD:
There's a deal on a 7200.10 at ZZF($75), but it's only $5 cheaper than that in newegg.com. I couldn't find any cheaper prices on 500GB harddrives...
 
go for the 640GB Western Digital drive, is quicker than the raptors in most situations, and you get more GB's
