question about rampage extreme raid setup

I just installed 2(two) WD 300GB Raptors for Raid0 operation but I can't get the
Intel Matrix Raid configuration software to open at post by using the <Ctl+I>....

I already set- "configure sata" as "Raid" in the bios under the Main menu.

Is there something else I need to set in the bios or do I need to downgrade my bios
which is at 1201.

I have both drives plugged into sata1 and sata2
