Yo you gurus out there, what is a good processes viewer? I need to find out why every 10 seconds or so my PC goes into a "busy" mode, sometimes even stuttering in playing movies.

I've used Win7's built-in Task Manager and observe the processes, but nothing really stands out. Can't tell what's doing it to my PC.

Thanks!

Resource monitor (theres a link to it from the "performance" page in task manager). You can filter it by a single application and see what disk/memory/CPU that individual process is using.

Okay, using Resource Monitor, I just looked under CPU and there is a program/process named "ToolbarUpdater.exe" which is accessing my CPU like up to 50%. Don't know what that is, so I just ended its process. Probably an Internet Explorer thing. Now it's not doing the "busy" anymore.

Thanks...
