I noticed very slow speeds while downloading some installers after a reformat while connected through PIAs VPN service. So, I decided to run a speed test on each server. Here are my results, http://fastholds.com/?q=node/1
 
I thought it was common knowledge that you won't always, if ever, get your full throughput when connected to a VPN?
and "browse the internet without inducing dialup nostalgia" when you're still getting 3Mbps at the slowest US concentrator? Seriously? lol

It's not like they guarantee throughput.
 
Full throughput, of course not. I wouldn't expect that. But, 8% max download and 1.43 Mbps to the server I often "Auto Connect" to through the application? That's where I have an issue.

Yes, dial-up nostalgia is a bit of a stretch, but it did bring back memories when my connection drops for no apparent reason.
