Prime95 Large TFT error?

Here's my spec:

Opteron 165 @ 2.6Ghz 1.375v
DFI NF4 Ultrad-D
2x 512MB TCC Samsung


I can run dual prime small tft for over 48 hours, and memtest86 over 24 without an error. However, whenever i run large tft in prime 95, i would get an error in 4 hrs or so. What could possibily cause this? I've tried lower the Ram to 100MHz (lowest divider) and i tried pumping more voltage to memory, but still the same result. I can also prime95 blend my computer for over 24 without error. Any idea to why it error out only in large tft?
 
Before upping voltage I would say run memtest. Any problems with real life apps? If not, I would say leave it, of course there are many who disagree.
 
i can loop memtest all day long w/o one error.. and nope, there's no prob w/ using the computer (games, browse web, rip dvd) at all... however i just wanna make it 100% stable..
