Podcast Catching Program

Does anyone use a podcast catching program? I tried one once(don't remember the name), but it was just awful. It ran like shit and was barely usable.

What I'm basically looking for is a program that will automatically download the latest mp3s from the podcasts I choose. I don't mind running this program in the background on my computer. I play podcasts on my Blackberry, and I hate itunes.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
 
i was using media monkey, but recently switched to the Zune software. and i must say
it does a nice job. just over 6500 tracks for music, which made WMP and iTunes start
to lag. but the zune software handles it nicely, and i get my podcast streams as well.

YMMV, but its free and worth a look.

Yeah, my buddy said he used Zune software as well. It just seems a little silly to me to use it exclusively for podcasts. I won't rule it out though, thanks.
