Hi,

I had a PC-DL Deluxe, running 2x512 corsair twinx pc4000 rams.. (these are 3200by spd, but they can do officialy 250mhz, if spd is set to 3-4-4-8.) ok. i've started to use clockgen, to push the cpu to the limit. well these are 2.8 prestonias unfortunatelly, so overclocking is only ok with clockgen. not from bios.. (cause it's init multiplier is 21). now i've started to oc it with clockgen.. it was ok at 12x200, then i've rebooted for something, and set it again to 200. it rebooted in the moment, when i've pushed the set(fsb) button, and from then on the motherboard only said: beep beep beep memory error. etc.. ok, i thought that i've burnt the mobo, so i've RMA-d it, and got a PCH-DL instead. i've put it together, and realized, that not the mobo, but one of ram sticks were dead. ok, i've started to use it with one module, and tested the other module (the bad one) in another mobo (AT7).. it didn't post. ok, yesturday, the little devil thing inside me said: well well, you should try that 200 fsb again ok i said and blown the nother module as well, the same way, the first one. So i thought again the mobo is bad, but i've tried a kingmax ddr500 ram in it, and it booted up. so.. i fried the second memory stick i tought.

NOW comes the strangest part

today, just for fun, i've puted both of the memory sticks in my fathers ABIT mobo, running an mpx chipset. AMD761 or what.. KD7 i think..

and it posted, and booted up. i'm writing this message with these rams now...

????? what the hell is going on????

if i put them back again into the pch-dl: beep beep beep...

please, but please help
