Well im about to use a normal hs/f on a ic7 that i had my prommy on, and i cant seem to find out what i did with my normal fan mount, the black mount you hook the hs/f to on your mobo... does anyone know where i could get one? I really need some help on this
 
hey dude, i have a weird p4 hsf retention cage thing (that black mount u were talking about) mine is like a server one...those ones with tool free mechanisms, it just has 2 key-like clips that hold down the hsf. i seriously hope it is held to the mobo with screws so i can buy a cheap mobo, pluck it off, then mount it on :D how did u remove your one in the first place? dont the ic7's have those plastic nails/screws thing to hold it in place? i dont wanna be stuck with server coolers...waterblock is sittin wating for me :)
