Orange Pi or Raspberry Pi for Tailscale exitnode

Looking to pick up a few units and install 'tailscale' on them. I can't discount the GL.inet range but the cheaper the better. I've come across some Orange Pi zero3 units for fairly cheap ~40$au. Wondering what everyone thinks, will they do the job? All I need them to do is plug into a Poe switch and run Tailscale for a month or 2 so I can gain remote access while programming especially if the network is behind a cgnat. Than I can move them onto the next job... Thoughts on which will work?
