Ok Temps?

Finally got my new system up an running, anyhow I have Asus Probe checking temps and it reports 48C on Cpu and 42 on Mb

I have a A64 3000 Venice 1.8, (havent O'ced yet)
And just wanted to know if these temps are ok and what kind of temps should i Look out for an be worried about.
 
the above temps are when I am running games and when the AC is turned off.
 
its probably bad air flow in ur case or like u said, the ambient temp. in ur room is very high
