First off let me say it was quite a undertaking, took a lot more time than I thought. Next project is to do some really nice wire sleeving etc.
Temps - CPU q6600 G0 3.3ghz (ram limited) at 1.375 volts 33 idle 45 load GTX 260 55nm 34idle 46 load

The biggest dissapointment is by far the Feser one UV fluid. Under the UV it barely glows and when it does glow its a bright orange, nowhere near red. In retrospect for what I was trying to accomplish looks wise I would go with a red UV tubing.
On clamps in retrospect I sorta wish I had gotten the compression fittings, but I am switching over to standard hose clamps, the plastic ones actually grip quite nice, but its a PITA to make sure you have them really tight even using pliers. If I hadnt done my 24 hour test I would have never noticed my CPU block was leaking from just a semi tight clamp. After I went back and really tighted everything up really well it was fine, but when I get the spare time im switching to worm screw hose clamps.
On painting the HAF932 - My paint job is alright, I havent used spray paint in forever, but Krylon makes some incredible stuff as far as easy coverage that doesnt run, well worth the effort to paint it. Ideally I would have the case sandblasted, I didnt bother to hand sand it and just put on some primer (due to the color hard to tell where it was and wasnt) and painted over. On parts where I didnt get good primer coverage the paint is shit and will scrape off, otherwise its perfect where the primer was. If I was do it again (which I probably will when I can get it sandblasted) id definately sand and use more primer and make sure it was well done.
I ran into one snag as far as the blocks go... My MCW60 for whatever reason was not fitting on the 55nm GTX260 properly with the supplied spacers... It was around 1mm or so off that kept it from fitting properly (Idle temps were 50C and couldent handle load had to stop it ) and redid the fitting about 5 times to make sure. Finally got rid of the spacers and fit fine, down to 34 idle and 46 load. Also the GTX 260 55nm needs 16 ramsinks minimum.
As far as radiators im pretty happy with the Swiftech, but I seriouslly doubt that a stackable would fit... I might has screwed myself for future upgrades and in retrospect I think the Freser (the 60+mm thick one) would have been a better choice. I think its 120 or so (about the same as a double stack swiftech, but definately fits in the case where I dont think stack would... However im not sure about that just saying if it did fit would definitely be tight.
Overall was a fun project and well worth it for the results. Feel free to ask questions.
