I put a window XP disk in my CD-RW, set CD-RW as the 1st boot device and I got this "NTLDR is missing" error

CDRW-works fine
hard drive-works fine
cable-works fine
XP disk-works fine

What could be the problem?

is it a burned cd or original cd?
CD may be bad, try using another bootable cd

its a common prolem with overclocking if i remember. it happened to me a few times. it was probly cause i overclocked my fsb without an agp/pci lock. I cant remember what i did but i do know that it is a common prolem and there is alot of support for it
