I get to deal with a NT 4 server. Does anyone know if you can still but the resource kit for NT4 server? I need a couple of utilities that it comes with.

Not sure if its available, but what tools are you looking for? Windows 2000 and 2003 might have updated versions of the tools you seek.....
 
I need the timeserv utility to get the server to sync time with an external NTP server. 2000 and 2003 have this functionality built in, but unfortunately NT 4 doesn't.
 
If that is the only tool you need, I would suggest looking for a 3rd party product that would run on NT4. The cost of the NT4 resource kit may exceed that of a 3rd party tool.
