When I launch the game the intro and menu is horribly sluggish. I patched the game and I still have the problem. Any suggestions?

The menus are rendered with the in game engine, so I imagine your FPS are horrible as well. Try lowering your resolution or detail settings.

I really think I shouldn't have to, and as it is the game starts out in 800x600. I think there is some sort of conflict going on. I ran the demo with everything turned on and it was super smooth. I rolled back to the 66.93 from the 67.02 and there was no difference.

His computer specs looks very good to be having horrible FPS, but it could be.

What resolution are you running at?
Have any resource hogging program in the background?
Does it run really slow when you are in game? (If u got to playing it)

I found the problem, it was the internet. I unplugged my CAT-5 and boom the game ran just fine. It seems ok now too when I'm plugged in. Thanks for the help guys
