I bought a gig of corsair twinx-3200C2PT from newegg. I installed them and my msi kn8 neo plat will only post when I change the timings to auto in the bios. It posts with timings of 3-3-3-8. Can anyone explain what is happening? Bios is 1.30 btw. I'm quite new to all this. Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly how you would change the on a MSI mobo, but my abit has a few preset settings, like performance, failsafe, turbo, and custom. You memory should do at least 2.5 at 200MHZ. I think I have the same mem, and mine only runs at 2.5-3-3-11.
