Just looking for some recommendations or alternative components for a new mchine I am putting together.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Gaming, movies, general use

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

1200-1400

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

i. CPU
ii. MOBO
iii. RAM
iv. SSD
v. GPU
vi. CPU cooler

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

PSU - Corsair 620 HX from older build
HDD - 500 GB from old build to be used as a data drive
CASE - Antec Nine Hundread from old build


6) Will you be overclocking?
No.

7) 7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I use my 60 inch plasma. 1080p.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within a few months

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.

Current standards will suffice USB 3.0, SATA 6GB, don't need onboard video, don't care about BIOS.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

I am buying Windows 64 bit Home Premium with the build.

My current ideas:

iii. RAM - (Corsair Vengeance 4x4gb PC12800)
iv. SSD - ?

vi. OS - (Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium)
vii. CPU cooler - ?

Will my 620HX handle these components?

Can you narrow down the time frame any further? Our recommendations tend to change monthly. If not, please come back when you're 2-3 weeks away from buying the parts for the PC.
