new system problems

ive been having a few problems with my newly built system. first off on start up i get a message that says "cpu is unworkable or has been changed" and press f1 to continue.pressing f1 boots the systeme lik normal and it seems to work fine except for a few software problems (see thread in operating systems). and when I go into bios and change anything and try to save it it will lock up forcing my to power off this hasmade me reset bios twice.
any help will be greatly appriciated

I second the bios update. try taking the battery out for like 20 mins too with the jumper on reset
