I am upgrading to 1GB of Dual channel RAM and was wondering which of these I should buy for my system:

Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Pro Series, Low Latency (Twin Pack) 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200PRO - Retail

CORSAIR XMS Xtreme Memory Speed Series, Xtra-Low Latency 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 w/ Heat Spreader, Model TWINX1024-3200XL - Retail

Mushkin 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 "222 Special" Dual Pack - Retail

OCZ Enhanced Latency Dual Channel Series Memory 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3500

This is for an AMD 2500+ system with a 9800 Pro and the Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 mobo. Was wondering which would lead to the largest performance increase and best overclockability. Which RAM is best?

Get the XMS-XL id you can afford it, it has the lowest latencies in the industry and uses ram rated for ddr500.

Well, I'm running PC3200 Mushkin and have had absolutely no complaints with them. I've also not heard anything bad concerning OCZ's memory either. I know there were some compatability issues between Gigabyte and Corsair in the past, but they seem to have rectified that situation.Personally, out of what you have listed, I would go with the OCZ PC-3500.
