Mainly used for gaming, might do some mild overclocking to 4ghz but no higher.
Any suggestions or comments welcome before I pull the trigger

Case - Coolermaster Haf 912

Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

Video - EVGA GTX 570 non-superclocked

PSU - Corsair TX650 Modular

CPU - Core I5-2500k

RAM - G.skill Sniper 8gb (4x2)

SSD - Corsair Force GT 120GB

Spinner- Western Digital Caviar Black 1.5 TB

Heatsink - Coolermaster Hyper 212+

DVD- Asus DVD Burner

For that small of an overclock i'd grab a $100ish asrock mobo and save a little, other then that looking good.

Works for me. Good motherboard, big enough GPU to max out pretty much anything at 1920x1080 and enough CPU muscle to tackle anything you need.

Im not big on solid state drives myself cause they cost way too much for the tiny space you get so Id rather skip the SSD and put the extra cash towards a GTX580 personally but Im strictly a gamer and want as much GPU muscle as I can afford.

Thanks for the input guys. I will think about those suggestions.
