Hello,

I recently made the move to Windows Home Server and like many have done, I am looking at moving most of my disk to it.

I am getting a Norco 20 Bay case and this will present a problem. I currently have 8 SATA disk ranging in size from 500GB to 1TB and would like to move these over but I do not have enough SATA ports on the motherboard I am going to place in it.

I am looking for either PCI or PCI-X SATA cards and would like to have at least 4 ports on a card. 6 to 8 would be better.

The only thing I can find with this many are RAID cards that I do not want due to using WHS. Any suggestions on some PCI or PCI-X cards that will give me 4 to 8 ports per card?

Python

I'm using a 3ware raid card but just setting up as a single disk arrays which just show up as single disks so not using the raid functionality.

I actually have one PCI-X 3ware card for sale in the FS forum.
