Hi guys, i need a rock solid MOBO and I dont care much about overclocking...

out of asus, intel, msi, gigabyte, ecs which company/moel will be good and reliable...

im gonna be running a P4 3.0E....

so...pls help....its really urgent...plus...i only want to spend about $120 - $140 canadian

My personal advice if you're looking for rock solid stability would be to go with a gigabyte board. Even mildly OC'd mine has been nothing but stable.

Agreed. I run a web/ftp/game server with a Gigabyte board (Socket A though). Never tried overclocking with it, but it runs very smoothly.
 
Get the Epox 4PDA2+ Ver.2 motheroard. It's 108 at Newegg Comes abslolutely loaded with evrey feature you could need. And get tempted by Overclocking!! Good grief My Epox is as stable as any Board!!! and I run daily with an 1130mhz Overclock. 2.4C runs easily everyday of the week at 3530 mhz . Zero stability issues.
So get a great board so when the day comes and you are tempted you will have a board that will take you there and run as smooth as silk on the journey.
