multi-wan without NAT?

Is this possible without buying something like a peplink or xroads network boxes?

being multi-homed has nothing to do with NAT. unless your end-hosts are publicly addressed, your internal RFC 1918 addresses must be translated to a publically routable IP address. typically (assuming enterprise) you would use BGP in this scenario; NAT to a public address, and advertise your ASN and prefix reachability to your connecting ISP's.

perhaps you can elaborate on the question?
