Hello,
I cannot open Outlook pst file. The error message occurs when i try to open it:
Outlook data file cannot be accessed

Please suggest me something for pst recovery. It is very important file

If it's over 2GB you'll probably have to pay for something to repair it. I've never been able to find a legit FREE .pst repair utility that works on files over 2GB.

Error messages are quite common while working with MS Outlook email client. This error appears in case if the Outlook profile is corrupted or Outlook folders are moved across drives. For resolving this issue i can recommend this app

Hi,

To resolve the Outlook data file cannot be accessed error message, you should try the below solution.

1. Create a new Outlook profile.

2. Change the folder location

Anyway, yeah, either ScanPST or try creating a new profile and opening the data file in that.
