I just got a new system. ASRock 939dual sata 2 motherboard, and an althlon 64 3500

Put everything in, try to boot up, and I get nothing. Black screen, the power led is on, harddrive powers on, all the fans are spinning, and nothing else. No beepint noises, NOTHING!

I am unable to figure this out! Anyone have any ideas?

oh yes, I have also stripped it down to bare bones, just cpu and mobo and I still didnt get any beeps, nothing!

Make sure it's not being ground out on the case. so make sure you didnt accidentally leave out a mount. Also, make sure a stick of ram/DIMM isnt bad by swapping out.
 
I tried booting up with out the ram, still same thing happened. As far as the connecting the motherboard, I connected it in all the places I was supposed to. hmmmm

strange problem, any other ideas?

Had same scenario on a 478 board new. It was RMA time :( Then they were oos - complete waste of time :mad:
