monitor cpu temp in windows

What's a good program to monitor my cpu/case temp while in windows? I have an Epox 9NPA+ Ultra motherboard.
 
This is kind only kind of on topic, but I just realized that everest has been reporting a different GPU temp from my 6800gt than what is reported in nVidia's settings control panel. The sensor in the control panel will say 59 C, but at the same exact time Everest will say 54. Oddly enough, the ambient GPU temp is reported the same by both (41 C right now). I know it's not a huge discrepancy, but I thought they'd be pulling info from the same sensor, so why would it be different? Also, from time to time the GPU temp will not be displayed with the other ones like CPU and HDD in Everest, so perhaps it's a software hitch? I'm using v2.01.347 of Everest if that's important.
