I would like to know if RDRam and DDR are interchangeable, they have the same 184-Pin, but someones telling me you cant. If someone could help me, thanks

The are not interchangeable. Your motherboard will support one or the other, but not both. Dual channel DDR boards have enabled DDR to far surpass RDRAM anyway.
 
intel is being stupid again, jumping on a new memory technology that is in very low quantity and poses no real advantages over what is currently out.
