MBM5 reading temps wrong?

i recently installed MBM5 and today noticed my processor was idling at 7 degrees celsius, and the case was at around 25. this seems kind of low to me, so i was thinking maybe its a motherboard monitor error. as far as my setup goes, i've got a lian-li 65b, socket 754 athlon 64 3200+, and a gigabyte K8NS pro motherboard. and for cpu cooling itself i've got a zalman 7700Cu. is a temp like that actually possible? also, are there any other programs out there i can monitor temperature with, without actually installing seperate temp. probes?
 
well, my parents don't like to turn on the heat in the winter

i am downloading speed fan right now
 
ok yeah these temperatures seem more accurate. i'm guessing its bad that my 5V rail is showing up at 2.07 though.
 
ive found that Systool is far superior to Speefan and MBM. I even prefer it over Smart Guardian...

i am trying that now, seems to work great.

i had issues with speedfan hogging 1 of my cores cpu cycles overnight, i used to like it with a single core chip though.
 
systool won't run at all for me. after checking their forums it seems quite a few people have had trouble with it.
