I think I might be falling into the trap of wanting better specs for a Macbook than is really necessary for what I use a computer for. I also have no idea what to get since I've been a PC person my entire life so I have a much better idea of what specs I need for a PC than I do a Mac. So here is the list of what I'll be using it for. I am a student so my needs aren't that great:
)Surfing the internet
)MS Office (Mostly Word and Excel, with some Powerpoint, though maybe I'll probably use Apple's Keynote)
)Watching videos (mostly DVDs)
)Some web design (which means a little photo editing, but nothing too intense since I'm not great at it). I don't think I'll be using Dreamweaver. I'm usually fine with Notepad++ (or the Apple equivalent).
)iChat/Skype chatting
)I used to play games a lot. That's really died off. It'd be nice to have the option to play Warhammer Online (running windows xp or something). But I haven't even touched that game in well over a month. School is so busy, it's slowly killed the gamer in me...
