Im looking to change my career, and a majority of the positions im interested in, requires some experience or knowledge of lotus notes. Im not too famaliar with lotus notes and wanted to find out what is the popular or most used version of lotus notes in the corporate enviroment nowadays. Any recommendations on what version I should pick up first, or even recommendations on training material? Any help is appreciated.

Not a domino admin but we are on R6, im assuming moving to R7 soon as i see bits and pieces coming around, R8 is the newest one.
