I am looking for some freeware Partitioning software. I had a HDD (150gig)running XP with over half the space free. I want to partition the disk in half to make a dual boot with Vista. I know I can blow it flat and start over and reinstall both but free time is rare. Any suggestion on a good freeware utility?

gparted live cd ..

its free to download, just google it :)

just download, burn, and boot to the cd.

Ubuntu live CD will give you partition options when you boot off the CD into the OS. Go to the tools section and look for partition disks option.

control pannel>administrative tools>computer management>disk management
