Looks like just a corrupted partition. But if anything is future proof, 102PB of storage on one device would definitely hold you over for a while.
 
Naa thats not petabyte, they just allocated you a Pedobyte drive for your storage. Perv!

Assuming SATA with 500MBps performance, it'll take almost 7 years to fill. So, future-proof and nearly useless.
