I have a problem in which my keyboard disconnects or turns off randomly. Ive tried almost everything, ive updated the drivers, read up about it on logitechs support site and it STILL happens.I have had my MX Duo for over a year now with no problems untill recently, so is there anyway to fix this or should i just get a new keyboard?

Umm, no clue ... maybe batteries are getting low??
I've had mine for just over a year now too, no problems. I replaced the batteries last month just because it had been so long and I had a bunch of extra batteries lying around. How long should the batteries last on these things??

Thats what iam wondering, all this mess started when I replaced the original batteries that where in there for over a year. It seems my keyboard is litterally draining batteries because the last time i put new batteries in this thing was several weeks ago

My keyboard just stopped working for some reason, couldn't connect to the receiver. I RMA'ed it and they sent me a LX700. It's nice but I prefer the mxduo though.

Do you have a CRT or tv near it?
