This keeps popping up once an hour, anyone know what this is?

Are you running a VPN? or maybe Tomcat? I would say it is probably a public key issue. have a look in /etc/ipsec.secrets
 
Figured it out.. kind of. I had deluge open while connected to a proxy. Didn't have any active downloads going, so it must have been something to do with the proxy connection. I'll dig a little more once I have a chance.
