I hate to ask such a noob question, but here goes: Can anyone tell me how to get a Linux distro up and running within MS Virtual PC? I've googled around a bit but haven't been able to find much. Part of this is probably due to the fact that this is the first time I've ever used anything like VPC.

Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Download the ISO of the distro, then create a new virtual machine and boot it with the ISO mounted in the cdrom of the VM.

VPC won't work with some distros. VMWare has a bit better compatibility.
