Linksys router problem

Hi
I have a linksys cable/dsl router (wired one), when i plug it into the ethernet port at my school it works fine, but then after about a minute or maybe after a certain amount of data is transmitted it stops. All lights still on just doesnt transmit data, then if i reset it, it works again and repeats the same thing.
Now i dunno if this could be my school blocking mulitple MACs or router is bad?
please help me out
