Latitude E7450 screen bubbles

I have an E7450 with a touch screen that started showing bubbles in the lower right corner of the screen. These look like air bubbles but I can't tell until I take the thing apart. It is out of warranty so I am doing this on my own. The bubbles don't affect the functionality of the display but are a cosmetic annoyance because they look like almost like a comb. Most of the repair videos show using a spudger to separate the display cover (boarder) from the screen to get to the screws. My version of the machine has a large shiny glass panel on the front that covers the Dell logo, and not the pop off panel in all the repair videos. Does anyone know where you have to pry to pop the panel out? Is it at the seam of the glass, or at the joint between the front and back of the screen around the edge?
