I just picked up a MSI K9N SLI V2 board from NewEgg to replace my Foxconn 590 SLI board that is on the fritz.

I'm trying to setup RAID 0 with my newboard and it doesn't want to allow the array to be bootable.

Has anyone had the same situation with this board or know how I could enable making the array bootable?

I have same problem set up many raid configurations in my time! I just got a reply back from MSI they want me to try and upgrade bios to 1.1 mine is currently at 1.0 ??? will find out I guess

they told me to switch them to sata ports 3 & 4. I wasn't able to do that as I actually had a bad drive. Been lazy and looking at upgrades since I got the replacement drive.

Let me know what happens with the bios upg.

bios upgrade did nothing. Still not working raid? Im begining to wonder if it is one or both of my drives I tried a Asus board was able to run raid but had some unusual lockups ect while install windows? I actually like the msi board a lot better so I will live without raid till I come across a pair of different drives.I using WD2000js drives? simple western digital 200gb sata 3.0 MSI boards are great, but their support is not that impressive!
