jump drive question

I recently aquired a jump drive 256 from lexar I am curious is the some sort of software out there to lock the drive or make it so a password is required to access it?
 
Most USB Flash Drives come with software preloaded on them. If not, you should be able to download some. My SanDisk and my Kingston drives both came with the software already on the drive (using up maybe 20MB of space).
