Issue with Opera Browser

Hey guys,

I'm just newly trying the Opera browser as I want a little diversity from even Firefox. Although I'm curious to anyone that commonly uses this program, how can you alter video files being opened through different programs? I looked up under "Preferences" and "Video", even changing the command prompt to VLC Media Player, but alas, videos still pop up using Windows Media Player which I really don't care for.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hmm, been a while since I used Opera, but I downloaded it last week as I'm sick of all the damed updates with Firefix. What are your windows explorer settings for opening that type of video file? If its set to vlc, it makes sense as if Opera downloads the file, but doesn't open it within opera, it relies on Explorer, afaik.
