the IPS has problems with purple glow at angles (so from dead on if sitting too close the sides are purple).

This factor is determined by the AG Coating or by the naturethe panel ?

Purple glow from a sharp diagonal angle was associated with older S-IPS panels before 2005.
Even then it was not considered an issue.

Rather whitish than purple glow on H-IPS without A-TW Pol.

"IPS" has no "problems" with purple glow to speak about.

This factor
This is not a factor.

is determined by the AG Coating
Neither AG coating...

or by the naturethe panel
...nor the nature of the panel.

All LCD monitors without A-TW Pol. may have colored glow from an angle.
This is determined by the nature of LCD.

Luckily my NEC 2090UXi's are equipped with the polarizer so I don't suffer from this issue.

yes but this issue is not AG coating ? sure ?
2 monitor with same purple issue is not means that have the same Ag coating ?
