Intel extreme graphics

Ok -

I know it's not great, but I have the built in Intel extreme graphics and a video card is not an option because this is a tiny tiny computer in a totally custom case which does not allow for another video card unless I were to get an AGP riser - and even then with modern day video cards, I'm not so sure that would allow good enough cooling.

Dilemma: I don't need better performance, but the text is blurry - not even crisp. I've noticed this with the other boards that use "Extreme graphics" as well.

Is there any fix for this? Either hidden features - updated drivers - other software, etc?

Thanks for any help or insight you can provide.

Edit: I should say that I run at a 75hz refresh rate and the blurry text is not an issue with this mornitor @ that refresh and resolution. I use this monitor with many other PCs and they are all crystal clear and sharp - although they have more expensive cards.

Hrm, I have that on my motherboard as well. I had to use it while my card was broken, and I noticed nothing different than with my regular card, minus 3d performance of course. You do have the latest drivers, right? All I noticed is that after exiting a 3d app, my desktop was all distorted and out of proportion.

Blurry text is also an issue with many many older monitors. Intel's Extreme graphis maybe horrible for gaming but its one of the most "stable" and widely used graphics chips there is man. Look to the monitor for your issues most likely.
