Instant Exchanges Crypto and Paypal

Avoid any exchange service that deals with PayPal. Most likely a scam since you can charge back paypal.

Shapeshift.io however, is the real deal. But you need to already have cryptocurrencies to use it.

Yes, there is a risk with paypal charge back, just use it only for small amounts.
